This is full installation guide for NVIDIA LEGACY drivers version 340.108 on Fedora 33/32 with kernel 5.11+ / 5.10+ / 5.9+. This NVIDIA 340.108 version is released December 23, 2019 and won't work without kernel patches with latest 5.11+ / 5.10+ / 5.9+ kernels. It's also good to remember that not all features may work, which works with newer drivers and cards.
