Apple continues to build on their product catalogue while also improving how each device works with their other devices creating a since of unity. Samsung has a massive product catalogue and has been working towards that same unity Apple offers. While Apple seemingly controls most of their own hardware and 100% of their software, Samsung leans on other software developers for their platforms such as Microsoft and Googe's Android.
