Amsterdam Airport is known as a plane spotters heaven, with beautiful close up and unobstructed views of all the aircraft landing and departing the busy airport. Amsterdam is the main base for KLM and the majority of the airports traffic is KLM, however there is still plenty of other airlines that visit Amsterdam on a regular basis as you will see featured in this video! Amsterdam is a wonderful airport that offers some great locations to video aircraft buttering down on the runway. I filmed these clips back in November of 2021 when I was touring around Europe to film at various different airports in the region. I filmed these clips from a handful of locations, one of which was along the bike track that runs parallel to runway 18R. Its a popular spot and known famously around the world and is the very spot that makes Amsterdam Airport so special.
