This is a, mainly animated, advert for Wall’s Dracula Lollipops. The voice over sounds a little bit like Vincent Price. He describes the product as “really horrible” as we see a ‘Dracula’ figure, bats, lightening, etc. The lollipop itself was shaped in the form of Dracula.
