Modern Love Hyderabad, which will stream on Amazon Prime Video from July 8, will feature six short stories. Filmmaker Nagesh Kukunoor is the showrunner and has directed three of the six short stories, selected and adapted from the stories published in the Modern Love column of New York Times.
Actors Revathy and Nithya Menen feature as mother-daughter, Mehrunisa and Noori, in the story titled My Unlikely Pandemic Dream Partner set in the Old City of Hyderabad.
The comedy drama's underlying theme is healing and food is an essential part of it.
