A monkey suffered from an electric shock and fainted after trying to climb into an electric transformer in a residential area in Guiyang city, Guizhou Province. Fortunately, a worker from the electricity company and staff from the local wildlife protection center were able to reach the scene quickly and help the monkey. The animal was taken to the hospital – and though the monkey was unconscious for three hours on the transformer, it survived the shock. Have a look.
