Cooking recipe and ingredients: 280 ml of warm milk. 60 g of sugar. 7 g of dry yeast. Mix everything well. Cover with a towel and leave for 5 minutes to activate the yeast. Mix. 2 eggs. 30 ml of vegetable oil. 30 g melted butter. Mixing. Sift 450 g of wheat flour. 1/2 teaspoon of salt. 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Mix everything together. Add another 200 g of wheat flour. Mix the dough with your hands. Knead the dough until it is medium soft. Form a ball. Place in a cup greased with vegetable oil. Cover with food-grade film. Set the dough aside in a warm place to rise for 45-50 minutes. The dough rose well. It looks like a cloud. Knead the dough. Shape the dough into a ball. Divide the dough into 16 parts. Form a ball from each piece of dough. Leave the dough covered on the work surface for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the table with flour. Roll out the dough to the size of a dessert plate.
