According to a royal insider, Her Highness is upset that such a thing could happen as it involves a prestigious London clinic. Recently, it was reported that some employees of the London clinic where Prince William's wife underwent abdominal surgery tried to access the princess' personal medical records. Of course, the Prince and Princess of Wales could hardly like the news that someone might have tried to access Catherine's records, thereby violating medical confidentiality about patient privacy.
