This is a quick guide howto restore, change or update Plymouth after NVIDIA proprietary drivers installation. I use here Fedora 35/34/33, but same method should work normally with any older Fedora versions too.
Plymouth is an application that runs very early in the boot process and provides an eye-candy splash screen leading all the way up to the login manager.
You have following themes available from Fedora repos:
plymouth-theme-solar.x86_64 : Plymouth "Solar" theme
plymouth-theme-charge.x86_64 : Plymouth "Charge" plugin
plymouth-theme-script.x86_64 : Plymouth "Script" plugin
plymouth-theme-breeze.x86_64 : Breeze theme for Plymouth
plymouth-theme-spinner.x86_64 : Plymouth "Spinner" theme
plymouth-theme-fade-in.x86_64 : Plymouth "Fade-In" theme
plymouth-theme-spinner.x86_64 : Plymouth "Spinner" theme
plymouth-theme-hot-dog.noarch : Plymouth Happy Hot Dog Theme
plymouth-theme-spinfinity.x86_64 : Plymouth "Spinfinity" theme
