We spent the last year partnered with a crew in Madagascar — and after months of scaling mountains, interviewing locals, and learning a whole lot about geology — we have an answer. Tomorrow, we’ll share what we found.

Early on October 7, the armed wing of the Palestinian group Hamas launched a massive, complex attack on Israel from the territory it controls in Gaza. It was the most devastating and brutal assault Israel had endured in decades.

Israel announced a siege against Gaza on October 9. This is a war decades in the making.

In the US, solar energy installations are on the rise, but for solar to be a viable energy replacement, it requires a lot of open land, which can damage ecosystems and disrupt farming. Urban areas, however, might have a solution.
